These Terms govern your use of Mind+Do (the "Service"), operated as a UK-based individual business. By creating an account or using Mind+Do, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Mind+Do is a planning and productivity app designed around ADHD-friendly workflows — brain dumps, task breakdown, focus tools, habit tracking, and life-admin support, including AI-generated suggestions. It is a productivity tool, not a medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial service, and it does not diagnose, treat, or provide advice for any medical or mental health condition.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Mind+Do (18 to use Together — see Section 6). You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Mind+Do offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the Me page ("Manage billing") — you'll keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
Features like Brain Dump organising, Break It Down, Day Builder, Rescue My Day, and the Communication Assistant use AI to generate suggestions based on what you enter. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or miss context. You're responsible for reviewing anything AI-generated (including drafted messages, schedules, or task breakdowns) before acting on or sending it. Mind+Do isn't liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.
Features like Impulse Buy Pause, the Money Co-Pilot, and the ADHD Tax tracker perform calculations only on the numbers you manually enter — they don't access your bank accounts and don't verify your figures. These tools are provided to help you think through spending decisions; they are not financial advice, and Mind+Do is not a regulated financial adviser. Decisions about your money are entirely yours.
Together is a Mind+Do Premium feature. It lets you focus alongside another Mind+Do user — a friend you invite, someone you connect with by username, someone matched by shared availability, or a Premium circle. You must be a Premium subscriber and 18 or over to set up a Together profile or use any part of Together, including accepting an invite from someone else.
Only your broad goal (e.g. "study"), chosen session length, and whatever you type in chat or a check-in is ever shared with another participant — never your exact task, brain dumps, or private notes. We don't run background checks on other users and can't guarantee their identity, conduct, or intentions; use your own judgement, and use the in-app Report and Block tools if someone behaves inappropriately. We review reports and may suspend or remove accounts for abusive behaviour, harassment, impersonation, or circumventing a block, but can't guarantee a specific outcome for any individual report.
You're responsible for what you send in Together chat, buddy messages, and circles.
You own everything you put into Mind+Do — tasks, brain dumps, memories, Together messages, and any other content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We don't sell your data or use your personal content to train AI models.
You agree not to:
The Mind+Do name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Your subscription gives you a licence to use the Service — it doesn't transfer any ownership of Mind+Do itself to you.
You can stop using Mind+Do and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We aim to keep Mind+Do reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Mind+Do after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
